Vaxcyte said on Monday its experimental pneumococcal vaccine met its main goals in a late-stage study ​in adults aged 50 and older, sending ‌its shares up 47.1% in morning trading.

Swiss drugmaker Roche will pay up to $1.27 billion to license Alector's experimental treatment for ​Parkinson's disease, the US biotech said ‌on Monday, sending its shares surging 32% in morning trading.

RXO shares jumped 24% on Monday after C.H. Robinson said it would acquire the freight and logistics company for an implied value of $5.8 billion.

Cerebras Systems shares rallied 8% in morning trading, after OpenAI CEO Sam Altman called chipmaker “close partner“.

Critical Metals shares rose 3.4% on Monday morning after the company received formal approvals from the Government of Greenland for the Mining Plan and Closure Plan covering its Tanbreez Project.

Vistra Energy shares jumped 1.8% in morning trading. The US will lend Vistra Corp about $4.2 billion to boost its nuclear power generation, a person familiar with the matter ​said on Saturday.
