The 2026 China Top 500 Private Enterprises list, released on September 22, features 21 private companies from Wuxi. This marks a significant achievement for the city's business community.

The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce conducted its 28th annual survey of large-scale private enterprises this year, with 6,350 companies reporting revenues exceeding 10 billion yuan in 2025. The top 500 by operating revenue were selected for the prestigious list.

According to the survey results, the 500 listed private enterprises achieved total operating revenue of 44.93 trillion yuan, averaging 898.51 billion yuan per company, representing a 4.35% increase from the previous year. Their combined net profits reached 1.83 trillion yuan, averaging 36.52 billion yuan per enterprise, up 1.31%. The total tax contributions amounted to 1.30 trillion yuan, with 254 companies each paying over 10 billion yuan in taxes, accounting for 50.80% of the 500 listed firms.

Wuxi submitted 268 private enterprises with 2025 revenues exceeding 10 billion yuan for the survey, and 21 successfully secured positions on the Top 500 list. Notably, Hailan Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu New Yangtze River Industrial Group Co., Ltd. both ranked within the top 100.

The complete 2026 China Top 500 Private Enterprises list has been officially published, showcasing the outstanding performance and growing influence of Wuxi's private sector on the national stage.
