ON Semiconductor rose 6.13%, Synaptics jumped 14.86%. The move followed a revised agreement to acquire Synaptics in a $5.7 billion all-cash deal at $123 per share, financed with cash and committed debt and described as immediately accretive to non-GAAP EPS after an unsolicited third-party approach prompted changes.
Nike fell 8.65%. Shares slid after fiscal Q1 revenue missed and management forecast a high-single-digit full-year sales decline, outlining further layoffs, supply reductions, and fewer Jordan Retro launches while acknowledging near-term pressure in Greater China.

Among other individual movers, Cerebras Systems rose 1.38%.
