Zhong Ao Home Group Limited has released its 2026 Interim Report, now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.gdzawy.com).

To align with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A—effective 31 December 2023 and aimed at expanding the paper-less regime—the property management group has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, which include directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code provided on the enclosed Reply Form or by returning the completed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Absent a valid email, investors will not receive electronic notifications and must proactively visit the company and HKEX websites to access new documents; only actionable communications will continue to be mailed in hard copy.

Investors preferring physical copies of future communications may request them at no charge by completing the Reply Form or emailing info@clkwlawyers.com, specifying name, address and the print-copy request.

Queries related to the new arrangements can be directed to CLKW Lawyers LLP at +852 2110 2939 during Hong Kong business hours.
