Saudi Arabia and UAE to Help Expand Asia's Oil Reserves, Report Says

Asia has a high dependence on oil imports, yet its oil reserves have long remained insufficient, and Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates will assist the region in building up its oil stockpiles.
The Asia Zero Emission Community (AZEC), which is led by Japan and includes 11 member countries, will hold a ministerial meeting in the Philippines on Thursday.
Senior government officials from Saudi Arabia and the UAE will attend dedicated consultations, and the two countries are expected to express their intention to cooperate on oil reserves.
