UltraGreen.ai announces board and committee changes effective Oct, 2 2026

UltraGreen.ai Limited said on Oct, 2 2026 that Independent Non-Executive Director Hsieh Fu Hua has stepped down, while Keoy Soo Earn and Gan Shiying, Sonia have been appointed Independent Non-Executive Directors, and Nicky Tan has been named Lead Independent Director, all effective the same day.

The company added that Keoy Soo Earn and Gan Shiying, Sonia will join the Audit and Risk Committee as chairman and member, respectively. Both directors are deemed independent under the Singapore Exchange’s listing rules.

With these changes, the board will comprise Non-Executive Chairman Kwa Chong Seng; Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Ravinder Sajwan; Lead Independent Director Nicky Tan; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Keoy Soo Earn, Professor Sir David Lane, Professor Toh Han Chong and Gan Shiying, Sonia.

The Audit and Risk Committee will be chaired by Keoy Soo Earn, with Nicky Tan, Professor Sir David Lane and Gan Shiying, Sonia as members. The Nominating Committee will be led by Nicky Tan and include Kwa Chong Seng, Keoy Soo Earn, Professor Sir David Lane and Ravinder Sajwan. The Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Keoy Soo Earn, joined by Nicky Tan, Kwa Chong Seng, Professor Toh Han Chong and Gan Shiying, Sonia.
