Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SET) keeps GRESB 4-star and EPRA sBPR Gold ratings for fourth year

Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SET) said on Oct, 2 2026 that it maintained its four-star rating in the 2026 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, scoring 87 points versus a global average of 81 and a peer-group average of 82.

The trust also retained the European Public Real Estate Association Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations Gold award for the fourth consecutive year and ranked second among six “Diversified – Office / Industrial Listed” peers in Europe identified by GRESB.

Within the assessment, Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust’s environmental score increased to 50 out of 62 from 48 a year earlier, while it achieved full marks for social (18/18) and a 19/20 governance score. The vehicle kept an “A” public disclosure rating with a perfect 100/100.

The manager noted that the latest results follow the trust’s sixth-place finish in the 2026 Singapore Governance and Transparency Index and an upgrade of its MSCI ESG rating to “AA” from “A”.

Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust holds a €2.3 billion portfolio of more than 90 predominantly freehold properties across nine European countries, covering about 1.6 million square metres and serving over 700 tenants. The stapled securities trade on Singapore Exchange under the counters SET (euro-denominated) and SEB (Singapore-dollar-denominated).
