Zhong Ao Home Group Limited confirmed on 29 September 2026 that the 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.gdzawy.com).

In parallel, the board—chaired by Chief Executive Officer Liu Jian—reiterated its adoption of the HKEX paperless listing framework under Listing Rule 2.07A. Going forward, all corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically via the two websites in lieu of printed copies.

For shareholders whose Zhong Ao Home shares are held through CCASS participants (“non-registered shareholders”), the company advised the following:

1. Provide a functional email address to custodians, brokers, banks or other CCASS intermediaries to receive electronic notifications when new documents are posted online. 2. If an email address is not on record, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must independently monitor the company and HKEX websites. 3. Printed versions of current or future corporate communications can be requested free of charge by emailing info@clkwlawyers.com or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders who prefer hard-copy materials may complete and return the enclosed reply form to the share registrar or submit their request via the same email address.
