TTI Maintains Share Count; Adds 1,000-Share Buyback and Holds 209,000 Shares Pending Cancellation

Techtronic Industries Company Limited (TTI) submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 5 August 2026, detailing recent share capital movements and repurchase activity.

• Issued Share Capital: The company’s ordinary share count remained unchanged at 1.83 billion as of both 4 and 5 August 2026. No treasury shares were outstanding.

• Latest Buyback: On 5 August 2026, TTI repurchased 1,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 134.60 and HKD 134.80, for a total consideration of HKD 134,700. These shares are designated for cancellation.

• Shares Awaiting Cancellation: Between 24 July and 5 August 2026, TTI bought back 209,000 shares that had not yet been cancelled as at 5 August. This block represents approximately 0.01 % of the company’s issued share capital.

• Repurchase Mandate Utilisation: The current mandate approved on 8 May 2026 authorises repurchases of up to 182.98 million shares. To date, 2.72 million shares have been repurchased under this authority, equal to 0.15 % of the issued share base at mandate date.

• Moratorium on New Issues: Under Hong Kong listing rules, TTI is restricted from issuing new shares until 4 September 2026 (30 days after the latest repurchase).

All repurchases were confirmed as compliant with applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
