FANTASIA Proposes Share Consolidation and Adjustment to Board Lot Size

FANTASIA (01777) has announced that its board of directors has recommended a share consolidation. The basis for the consolidation is that every five issued and unissued existing shares with a par value of HK$0.10 each will be combined into one consolidated share with a par value of HK$0.50 each.
As of the date of this announcement, the existing shares are traded on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in board lots of 1,500 existing shares. Following the effectiveness of the share consolidation, it is proposed that the board lot size for trading will be changed from 1,500 existing shares to 5,000 consolidated shares.
