TTI Cancels 0.01% of Share Capital After Latest Buy-backs; 1.83 B Shares Outstanding

Techtronic Industries Company Limited (TTI) has reduced its share count to 1.83 billion following the cancellation of 148,000 shares on 27 July 2026. The cancelled shares were repurchased on 14–17 July at a volume-weighted average cost ranging from HKD 123.71 to HKD 129.80 per share, representing 0.0082% of the company’s pre-cancellation share base.

• Post-cancellation issued shares: 1,827.82 million, down from 1,827.97 million. • No treasury shares are currently held.

Ongoing repurchase pipeline

As of the same reporting date, 168,000 additional shares bought back on 20–27 July remain to be cancelled. Purchase prices for these tranches averaged HKD 128.67–131.62.

Latest market transaction

On 27 July 2026, TTI repurchased a further 32,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 127.60 and HKD 131.10, for a cash outlay of HKD 4.15 million. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Repurchase mandate utilisation

• Authority granted: 182.98 million shares (annual general meeting, 8 May 2026). • Cumulative purchases under mandate: 2.57 million shares, equating to 0.14% of the issued share capital at the time of approval. • Moratorium: The company is restricted from issuing new shares until 26 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a).

All repurchases were executed in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and the terms of TTI’s explanatory statement dated 31 March 2026.
