Techtronic Industries Company Limited reported no change in its issued share capital on 16 July 2026, maintaining 1.83 billion ordinary shares outstanding. The disclosure follows a series of repurchases executed since end-June under the Hong Kong‐listed group’s current buy-back mandate.

On 16 July, the company repurchased 32,000 shares on-market at prices between HKD 128.50 and HKD 130.60, spending HKD 4.15 million. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Between 30 June and 16 July, Techtronic Industries bought back a cumulative 413,000 shares that are still pending cancellation. The buy-backs form part of a mandate approved on 8 May 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 182.98 million shares. To date, 2.37 million shares—0.13% of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date—have been repurchased, leaving an estimated 180.61 million shares (98.7% of the authority) still available.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06, Techtronic Industries is subject to a moratorium preventing new share issues or treasury share disposals until 15 August 2026.
