6K Additive (ASX:6KA) signed the final loan agreement with the US Export-Import Bank for a $27.4 million financing facility to support the expansion of its Pennsylvania manufacturing capacity, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Proceeds are immediately available to reimburse the company on ongoing purchases for facility expansion equipment and infrastructure, the filing said.
The loan has a six-year term and is available for drawdown through June 30, 2028, per the filing.
Shares rose 3% in morning trade Friday.
