Blackstone (BX) is among potential bidders planning to make an offer for Dutch drone detection company Robin Radar Systems, Reuters reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Robin Radar's parent company Parcom is working to launch a sale process this year that may value the group at around 2 billion euros ($2.26 billion), the report said.

A summer offer from CVC Capital Partners and Blackstone was rejected ahead of the sale process, the report said.

Blackstone did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
