Vibrant (SGX:BIP) appointed Don Tang Fook Yuen as chief executive officer and executive director of the company, effective Oct. 1, according to a Wednesday filing.
He has served as the company's interim CEO since June 3 and has been general manager of its unit LTH Logistics since August 2011.
