Industrial Bank of Korea Plans KRW400 Billion Perpetual Bond Sale

Industrial Bank of Korea (KRX:024110) is looking to issue up to 400 billion won of perpetual amortized contingent capital securities, a Friday bourse filing showed.
The company intends to use proceeds as loans and securities management funds to increase the BIS ratio through other basic capital expansion.
The bonds, although perpetual, carry a five-year early redemption option.
