Artrya (ASX:AYA) secured a five-year commercial agreement with the Huntsville Hospital Health System in Alabama for the deployment of its Salix platform, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's Salix Coronary Anatomy will generate recurring software-as-a-service subscription revenue, with additional fee-per-scan revenue from coronary computed tomography angiography assessments performed with Salix Coronary Plaque and, upon obtaining US Food and Drug Administration clearance, Salix Coronary Flow.
The deal has a minimum contracted value of $500,000 related to Salix Coronary Anatomy, excluding potential additional revenue from assessments using the Plaque and Flow modules, per the filing.
