LG Electronics' (KRX:066570) North American unit has signed a long-term supply agreement with AIR Control Concepts to provide advanced chillers for AI data center projects in the US and Canada.
The agreement covers large-scale AI data center projects with a combined capacity of more than 5 gigawatts, according to a Monday statement.
Following the deal, LG said it expects to achieve its 2027 chiller business revenue target of about $680 million ahead of schedule.
