RUA Gold (NZE:RGI) said ongoing resource drilling at its Auld Creek gold-antimony project in Reefton, New Zealand continues to confirm strong mineralization continuity and expansion potential, with mineralization remaining open along strike and at depth, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

Recent drilling delivered high-grade results, including 11.7 meters at 5 grams per tonne (g/t) gold equivalent, while narrow zones in holes ACDDH127 and ACDDH130 returned assays of 43.6 g/t gold and 69.2 g/t gold, respectively, per the filing.

The fraternal structure has been confirmed over more than 1,400 meters along strike and to depths exceeding 500 meters, with mineralized shoots recurring at 40 meters to 60 meters intervals, the filing said.

Four rigs remain active as the company advances its updated mineral resource estimate, targeted for the fourth quarter, while it remains on track to submit its fast-track approvals application in October and publish the pre-feasibility study in December, the filing added.
