Kuala Lumpur Kepong (KLSE:KLK) unit Perindustrian Sawit Synergi has amicably resolved an arbitration dispute with Pertagas Niaga over the termination of a gas supply agreement.
KLK said the parties reached a consensual commercial resolution following mediation, according to a Friday filing.
KLK said it does not expect the award to have a material impact on its earnings.
