Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was falling 1.4% to $85,332, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was rising 6 basis points to 5.34%.
In corporate news, Allstate (ALL) is among six major insurers facing a Senate probe into claim payment practices, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing senators' letters. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) asked insurers to disclose claims closed without payment, including formal denials, the report said. Allstate shares were up 0.2%.
